FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Yes, we can customize your banner for ANY event! We've created banners for birthdays, graduations, concerts, baby showers, bridal showers, weddings, retirement parties and more! To view a gallery of many of our previous customer banner, visit our gallery!

  • For details and step by step instructions on how to order, click the button below.

  • I recommend using blue painters tape to hang your banner. Double it over to make it double sided and stick it to the back of the banner. With painters tape, there will not be any damage to your wall or the banner. Fun fact, this is what I use to hang your banner while I paint!

  • A mockup of your design is included with every purchase. We will take your personalization notes and any inspiration photos you have sent us and come up with a design just for you! 

  • Our banners are packaged shipped very carefully in a shipping tube. Shipping tubes help prevent creases and potential damage to your banner when in route.

     

    We use UPS to ship. Once your banner is dropped off at UPS, it's totally out of our hands at that point. If you experience any issues with shipping, please feel free to reach out to us. Your banner can take anywhere from 2-5 days to arrive to you. 

  • Since these banners are hand painted by us, you may potentially see brush strokes within the paint. These banners are meant to be viewed from afar, not up close! Brush strokes add to the natural character of these beautiful banners and make them unique!

  • If you need to make any changes to your banner prior to a mockup being sent out, please reach out to us via the chat feature on our website or email us at tmdesignscustombanners@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but once the mockup is approved, we begin the painting process and will be unable to make any changes.
